1. 1.     General

R.E.S. OLEH Ltd. ("we", "us" or the "Company") are committed to protecting and preserving your privacy.

This policy constitutes an integral part of the Instructions, as defined in our Company's Terms of Use published on our website www.bioquote.co.il ("our site"). All definitions in the Terms of Use shall apply hereto, mutatis mutandis.   

We are committed to respecting Your online privacy and recognize Your need for protection and appropriate management of any personally identifiable information (the "Personal Information") You share with us or which is made available to us through Your downloading, installing and/or use of our services.

Information we may collect from you

You hereby consent to and confirm our right to collect and process the following data about you:

This includes information provided at the time of registering to use parts of our site or our entire site, subscribing to our site or posting material on our site.  We may also ask you for information when you make an enquiry about any product or service marketed or promoted by us or when you report a problem with our site;

2. IP addresses and cookies

You hereby consent to and confirm our right to collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for any purposes whatsoever, including for system administration and/or to report information to our supplier partners and aggregated information to our advertising partners.  Such aggregated information is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.

You hereby consent to and approve our right to obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file that is stored on the hard drive of your computer. The use "Cookies" to help You personalize Your online experience. 4. Uses made of the information

We shall not disclose or use any of your Personal Information without your explicit consent or as set forth explicitly herein for the followings:

• to enable the Company to render the services in its field of business;

5. Disclosure of your information

You hereby authorize us to disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our shareholders, affiliates, officers and directors.

You hereby authorize us to disclose your personal information to third parties:

• in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
• if we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about you will form a part of the transferred assets;
• if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply the Instructions and/or any part thereof  and/or other agreements; and/or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our customers or others. 
• We keep track of the users' usage of the services offered in our site in particular, in order to determine popularity of certain features, functionality of the services herein for other purposes, including commercial purposes. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the usage to users whose behavior indicates that they are more interested in a particular subject area.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our supplier partners, advertising partners, third parties and affiliates.  If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies and/or any breach thereof and/or any damage or loss caused to you as a result of you following up on any of the above - such shall at all times remain your exclusive and sole responsibility. 

7. Security of Personal Information.

We reasonably secure the Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and keep such information on computer servers in a standard controlled and secured environment. Our data bases on which Your data (and Personal Information therein) are reserved, are reasonably secured and programmed for protection from exposure and unauthorized use of such data and/or Personal Information.

Changes to our privacy policy

We shall be entitled to change/amend this privacy policy from time to time and any changes and/or amendments we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on our site and shall be of effect upon its publication thereon.
